How do I place my order?

Online:

Once you have found the item(s) you require simply add them into your shopping basket and proceed to our easy to use checkout. When you have finished entering your details click on the confirm button.

Post:

We accept payment by cheque or postal orders to the address below. For security reasons Wheelies ask that no credit card details are sent in the post.

Christmas Delivery

For guaranteed UK Christmas delivery please order bikes before 11am, Tuesday 20th December and all other items before 11am, Wednesday 21st December. Guaranteed Christmas delivery applies to all items with the Guaranteed Christmas Delivery icon icon. Please choose your option/size on the product page to see if the specific item you are looking at qualifies for guaranteed Christmas delivery. If you have any questions regarding Christmas delivery, or would like to purchase after these dates and want to know if your item can arrive before Christmas, please call us on 01792 346503.

When you have placed your order, just call our customer service team on 01792 346503 and let them know when you’ll be ready to receive your bike. They will be happy to schedule the delivery on a day that is better suited to you. If preferred, the bike can arrive with you much closer to Christmas*. It will stay safe and sound with us and when it is dispatched, you will receive a delivery email to let you know when to expect it. The perfect way to keep surprises a surprise this year.

*Available bikes can be delivered on weekdays up until 20/12/2016, from 8am – 6pm.

What are the delivery costs?

Item sizes:

Small items - items under 2kg weight and/or 30cm x 50cm x 15cm in size

Bulky items - items (not including bikes) over 2kg weight and/or 30cm x 50cm x 15cm in size

Large items - bikes and tag-a-longs

Standard delivery is normally 2 - 5 working days.

^ Due to new legislation, all goods into NI need dangerous goods and commodity code declarations or they will be rejected at the border. Most of our brands have this in place however there are still a few exceptions we are currently unable to ship to NI. Including, but not limited to;

What guarantees do you provide?

Thanks to the Distance Selling Regulations you can buy in confidence knowing that you have the same if not better guarantees than if you were to purchase from a retail store. For example, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. All products are sourced from official UK importers and covered by manufacturers’ warranty.

When will my order arrive?

We always aim to despatch your goods with 24 hours of receipt of your order. If due to availability this is not possible we will contact you to keep you informed.

How will my cycle purchase arrive?

We pride ourselves on going that extra step to ensure you will be satisfied with your new bicycle, which is why Wheelies have boxes tailor made.

All cycles supplied are fully built and made ready to ride by Cytech qualified technicians before the pedals are removed and the handlebars turned in order to securely package the bike. Our video shows you how easy this is.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged on the day of despatch. If for any reason part orders are despatched you will only be charged for the goods on that consignment.

Please note that if you pay via PayPal your payment is taken instantly. It is not possible to delay PayPal payments and you may therefore pay before despatch takes place.

I am not happy with a product/service.
How do I make a complaint?

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will try to rectify any problems you may have. You can email us at sales@wheelies.co.uk or write to the above address. We will acknowledge receipt and set about resolving the situation immediately.
